• Identifying the area of tourism, promotion ,development and collecting information on mountaineering, rural tourism ,and sports such as rock climbing, Canoeing, Rafting, management tourism, recreations centers, hotels etc and dissiminating information.

• To Identify the archeological and historical sites and dissiminating the information .

•To dissiminate information on natural sites and geographical diversity of the district.

• To provide and getting information on every sector of the community which is viable for dissiminating. This will be disseminated by quicker and reliable means of dissiminating such as electronic, printing media

• To provide information on different professions, occupation, organizations according to the need of the community.

• To develope as community information center.

• To provide information to internal and external tourist according to their need of information.

•To help to identify and development of culture, art and literature of the district.

• For its organizational development, the organization will coordinate with ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of information and communication, Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation , Nepal tourism board and IT sector of Nepal and International organizations related to Information.

• Helping in the development of education sector of the district.

• In the human relation development conducting Appreciative inquiry programs.

• For empowering the human resource of the district, coordinating with national and international volunteers organization for sending their volunteers to the district.

• Disseminating information on foreign employment.

• For the development of agriculture, herbs and water resource of the district, conducting research activities and disseminating information of the findings.
